Gordon L. Stitt, President and Chief Executive Officer of Extreme Networks
One of the co-founders of Extreme Networks, Stitt has served as president and CEO since the company's inception in 1996. Under Stitt's
leadership, Extreme Networks has ascended as a leader in best-of-breed broadband networking solutions executing on Stitt's vision of
simplified and powerful Ethernet networks. Stitt lead Extreme Networks' successful Initial Public Offering (IPO) in April 1999. Prior to
Extreme Networks, Stitt co-founded Network Peripherals and served as vice president of marketing and vice president and general manager of
the OEM Business Unit. He also held executive positions in corporate marketing at Sun Microsystems and was director of marketing and sales
at Ven-Tel. He holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business, U.C. Berkeley and a BSEE/CS from Santa Clara University. Stitt, was named
Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year for 2001 for Technology and Communication, Northern California. Stitt was selected for this
prestigious award based on his innovative vision, the company's rapid growth, and charitable endeavors.

John Mullen, Sales Vice President, Higher Education Sector of Dell
John Mullen serves as Vice President of Sales for Dell’s Higher Education Sector. He is responsible for the performance and direction of
the segmented business Dell has established in order to meet the needs of higher education customers in the United States.
Prior to joining Dell, Mr. Mullen spent 13 years at Hewlett-Packard, most recently as Manager of Hewlett Packard’s Eastern Region
Services Business. Other assignments while at Hewlett-Packard included Global Account Services Manager, North American Services Sales
and Marketing Manager, as well as other management positions.
Mr. Mullen earned a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI and a master’s degree
in Business Administration from Santa Clara University in Santa Clara, CA.
